Please carefully read the following terms and conditions governing custom orders. By placing a custom order with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

  1. Initial Consultation and Design Phase:
    • Upon placing a custom order request, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your requirements, preferences, and design ideas.
    • After the consultation, we will provide you with a digital render or sketch of the proposed design for your approval.
    • You are entitled to up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  2. Quotation and Payment:
    • Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a detailed quotation
    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted price is required to initiate the custom order. This deposit is to be paid before any work begins on your garment.
  3. Production Timeline:
    • The production timeline for custom orders will be provided to you upon confirmation of the order and receipt of the deposit.
    • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as material availability or complexity of the design. We will keep you informed of any delays and provide revised timelines accordingly.
  4. Progress Updates:
    • During the production process, we will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your garment.
    • You may request photos or videos of the work in progress to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
  5. Final Approval and Payment:
    • Once the garment is completed, we will send you photos or schedule a fitting for your final approval.
    • Upon your approval, the remaining balance of the total quoted price, including any additional charges for customization or revisions, is due.
    • Payment must be made in full before the garment is released or shipped to you.
  6. Ownership and Rights:
    • You retain ownership of any materials (such as fabrics or accessories) provided by you for the custom order.
    • We retain the rights to use photos or images of the completed garment for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
  7. Alterations and Refunds:
    • Minor alterations to the garment can be provided free of charge within 15 days of receiving the product, provided they are within the scope of the original design.
    • Refunds or exchanges are not offered for custom orders unless the garment is significantly different from the approved design or is found to be defective upon receipt.
  8. Shipping and Delivery:
    • Shipping costs are not included in the quoted price and will be calculated based on the destination and preferred shipping method.
    • We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international shipping.
    • We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs during shipping, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
  9. Cancellation Policy:
    • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, and the deposit is non-refundable.
    • In the event of extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential options.
  10. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By placing a custom order with Bodements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
