Each vintage piece goes through a strenuous quality check before it is shipped. Some vintage items have been pre-loved, making them unique and absolute treasures to own. Rarely one may find some irregularities with some pieces and it will be mentioned in the description without fail.
Bodements will accept returns/exchanges for the designer pieces within 14 days of the purchase of the item. Clothing items must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed with their original tags and packaging intact. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
The sale of shoes and accessories is final and cannot be returned.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
The exchanges are not automated at this time. To make an exchange, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will guide you to return the original items for a full refund or store credit and place a new order.
Sizes- We recommend you to look at the measurements of each piece of clothing provided by us instead of the marked sizes.
Orders placed on Monday through Friday are shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking ID once the order ships.
Shipments are sent from Mumbai, India. All shipments within India are free. We charge a flat amount of INR 2500 for all international orders. All shipments are trackable and insured.
Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We at Bodements are not responsible for these charges and are not aware of what these charges, if applicable, would be for each destination country. We would recommend to contact your local custom office to inquire about what these would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.
If the package is returned to us due to some reasons from the customer’s end, Bodements does not take responsibility for the return shipping fees. The customer will have to pay the shipping fees again for us to send their courier to them again.
In the case of returns/exchanges, Bodements will return your order however unfortunately cannot refund shipping fees. If you do wish to process your return, please note you will incur all costs related to the shipping of returning your goods.
